Junior Urias, owner and operator of Up In Smoke BBQ, has been a BBQ master for decades, cooking in cook-offs across the country for more than 15 years. Junior was the 2014 BBQ Pitmasters Texas Champion, which was filmed in Florida and aired on Destination America. Junior still holds the title of BBQ Pitmaster Texas Champion and has also won numerous Grand Champions and Reserved Grand Champions across the country. In the past, our head chef and owner has encountered famous chefs such as Guy Fieri and he is well known for his BBQ rubs, sauces and unique technique.
The home location for Up In Smoke BBQ has a set-up where people can come from all over, no matter where they are from, to dine on our beautiful patio set on Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Thursday at 1 p.m. many exciting things are on the horizon, and our home-cooked style of food continues to cause a stir in the international BBQ community.
